Baking brownies on a cold winters day is a great way to bring the whole family together. Below is a recipe that everyone will love. So easy to make and such a crowd pleaser. Mix some up today and curl up with a nice hot coffee, a brownie, and a book.
115 grams of unsweetened chocolate 170 grams of unsalted butter
300 grams of granulated sugar 3 large eggs 1 tablespoons of vanilla bean paste
95 grams of all-purpose flour
Pre heat oven to 350F
In a pot melt together butter and chocolate and let cool slightly. This may also be done in the microwave. Once cooled slightly put the chocolate mixture into a mixing bowl.
In another mixing bowl combine sugar, vanilla bean paste, and eggs. Once this mixture is combined whisk it into the chocolate mixture.
Next stir in the flour just until combined.
You can stir in nuts, or chocolate chips now if desired.
Oil an 8” square cake pan.
Scrape the Brownie mixture from the bowl into the prepared pan.
Place the pan into the preheated oven.
Bake for 35-40 min.
Remove the pan from the oven and allow to cool completly.
Cut into squares.
Enjoy as is or top with a dark chocolate ganache for an extra decadent treat.
